MECHANICAL – SACIMI LABELERS

PROJECT NAME

Sacmi Labelers Case Study: This project occurred in December 2025. Our client needed very quick turn around on mechanical installation the day after Christmas after nearly 2 months of shipping delays of the equipment.

Project scope:

  • Full electrical and mechanical disconnects of (2) existing Sacmi Labelers.
  • Removal of existing warehouse racking to create egress path for old and new machines.
  • Rig out of existing labelers
  • Rig in and mechanically install (2) new Sacmi Opera labelers
  • Existing conveyor modifications for proper coupling between labeler infeed and outfeeds to the clients existing conveying system.
  • Each labeler is capable of supporting 1,000 bottles per minute, giving the client full redundancy.
  • Mechanical installation process took (2) days with the first machine running at the end of day 3.
