Process Air Enclosed PAS Blower Case Study: New PAS Blower unit to support a client can line infeed of a Westrock packer laner. The installation was a full turn-key solution inclusive of full mechanical, conveyor modifications to support air knife mounts, electrical wiring, and programming to control a new 20HP VFD.

Such a blower unit is required to remove any moisture or droplets off the cans prior to secondary packaging. Moisture of any kind may create quality and integrity issues with the cardboard cases at and downstream of the packer.
