The overall scope:

• Replace (2) existing palletizers with (2) new 4-zone Ttek palletizers
• Relocate and (2) other existing palletizers to align the empty pallet infeed
• Replace the existing empty pallet feed system with a new automated T-Car system
• Replace 1200sqft of operator platform for the palletizer bank
• Replace/relocate full pallet and finished goods conveyance outfeed of all (4) palletizers.
• Replace case conveyor infeed of (3) palletizers
• OMS was engaged for a turn key project including full project management, engineering design, installation, and commissioning.
