Engineering Services for 2 Liter Full Bottle Conveyor System Case Study: OMS was contracted for a full turn key project to redesign all conveyance from the clients warmer to (2) bottle labelers on their 2-Liter bottle line.
The client was having issues with improperly designed conveyors causing down bottles, bottle bridging, and output bottlenecking.
- We designed, sourced, installed and commissioned all new conveyance including (2) new single filing systems with down bottle catch bins.
- Total installation process took (4) days with the line running on day 5.
